Digital Orthophotos
Aerial photography, which has been corrected for image placement related to camera tilt and terrain topography is called ortho-rectification. When these images are mosaiced together they form the final digital orthophoto. Global Geomatics Ltd. produces accurate digital orthophotos from aerial photography and DEM. These geo-referenced images are used in many applications as bases or background information.
